1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fleet Management Web Console or Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all registered users, including Superadmins, Company Administrators, Partner Agencies, and Drivers.

2Account Access & Single Session Policy

Users must maintain strict confidentiality of their account credentials:

• Each user profile supports a single active session per browser profile. Logging in on a new browser tab or device will automatically terminate existing sessions.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your authenticated profile.
• Accounts identified with unauthorized sharing or suspicious activity may be suspended by System Administrators.

3Fleet & Vehicle Compliance

Partner Transport Agencies and Fleet Managers must ensure:

• All registered vehicles maintain valid Fitness Certificates (FC), Registration Certificates (RC), and required insurance documentation.
• All onboarded drivers hold valid driving licenses and active status verification.
• Odometer readings and start/end trip photos submitted via the driver app are genuine and unaltered.

4Permissible Use & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Submitting fraudulent odometer readings or falsified vehicle documents.
• Tampering with GPS tracking data or attempting to bypass location verification.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another company or agency's fleet records.

5Suspension & Termination

System Administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access for any user, driver, or agency found in violation of operational rules, compliance standards, or submitting inaccurate trip logs. Suspended users will be restricted from accessing fleet management services.
